Healthy and Delicious Food is all about the healthy state of your body, about feeling wonderful and great and having more energy or stamina, thus about stabilization of your mood. To stay healthy, think about healthy diet instead of being overly surrounded with calories and fats. Think of you diet in terms of color, variety and freshness. Do not run into changing your diet rather start slow and make changes to your eating habits over time. Like addition of salad containing different vegetables, switching to olive oil from butter and other, will definitely make your diet smarter and realistic.
It’s just not what you eat, it is how you eat. Healthy eating is much more than the food on your plate but we can say it is about your opinion about food that inculcates a flavor and makes it delicious. Greens, vegetables, fruits, vitamins, whole grains, healthy fats, etc. all in one makes your diet perfect and richer. Compulsorily eliminate saturated fats, trans fats, candies, cookies, fried foods, baked goods etc. from your diet.
Thus it’s all up to your impression in making food healthier and delicious. Think about what you are eating and enjoy it. Try to think of moderation in terms of balance. Despite what certain fad diets would have you believe, we all need a balance of carbohydrates, protein, fat, fiber, vitamins, and minerals to sustain a healthy body.
