You can have three regular meals each day with a couple of smaller healthy snacks. Eat more fruits, berries and colorful vegetables and less processed snack foods. Go for inadequate proteins and healthier fats. Avoid deep fried and gravy smothered food. Try to concentrate upon, nuts, seeds and legumes, almond or soy beverages, vegetarian meals and other healthy items.
Thus to live a healthy life you need to be fit and for that healthy food items will give you 100% nutrition to survive and to stay active and hearty. Healthy food will help you to gain energy to work and will develop a strong immune system preventing you falling sick and provide you immunity to fight against several diseases. An immediate effect of the wrong choice of food on our health is excessive weight gain within a short span of time or obesity. Next in the line comes diabetes, heart diseases, high blood pressure, low weight, weak bones or maybe even slow brain development. So eat right, keep your diet fresh, do not get caught up in counting, eat well and often and do not skip physical exercise.
